METHOD

  1. Prepare three chicken tenders per wrap. If frozen microwave for 90sec then cook until golden on medium heat.

  1. While the chicken tenders are cooking prepare your wrap. Begin by applying the chilli sauce or any sauce you prefer its up to you.

  1. The chicken must be still cooking? Use the time to spread some cheese on one half of your wrap.

  1. Don’t forget to turn your chicken tenders over! Now spread some kaleslaw over the cheese.

  1. Chicken tenders are finally ready! Place the chicken over the kaleslaw. I find two along the center with the biggest ends in the middle and the third one on the outer edge works well.

  1. Now carefully place more kaleslaw and cheese over the chicken tenders. You want the cheese on last so it melts properly.

  1. Fold the wrap in half on the plate ready for the pan. With your pan already on a medium heat (a small amount of olive oil is good) use a spatula and your other hand and place the wrap in the pan. Use the round of the pan to keep your filling in place.

  1. Careful not too much heat, we’re looking to melt our cheese and brown the wrap. It’s not long until the wrap is crispy and needs to be flipped over, the spatula is your friend.
